Constructed between 1825 and 1831, the Royal William Yard is steeped in history and considered to be one of the most important groups of historic military buildings in Britain and the largest collection of Grade I Listed military buildings in Europe.

Restored by Urban Splash it is now the most exciting and prestigious mixed-use development in Plymouth, situated on a 15-acre site with dramatic views across Plymouth Sound.

While working at Urban Splash I was responsible for the sales and site graphics for the first two buildings restored - Brewhouse and Clarence.
Both buildings offered apartments for sale, Brewhouse also had commercial space to let.
