Established in 1976, AB Lewis is a leading hardwood importer and supplier, one of the few independent timber companies to survive and thrive.

Their new identity needed to highlight the two parts of the company - Sawn and Moulded Hardwood and Solid and Engineered Wood Flooring.

Creating a colour palette was the solution - Grey is the core logo colour and is used for any digital graphics and other items such as vehicle livery; Red is used on all printed items as the client felt a brighter colour was needed; Green identifies Sawn and Moulded Hardwood and Orange identifies Solid and Engineered Wood Flooring.

A set of product symbols was also designed initially for use on the website, however these will be used throughout the marketing.

So far the new identity has been applied to stationery, a new website (built by Mark Jones), product information sheets and the company truck.
